News Update

• Mr. Amitabh Choudhary - Director Sports , IPS , Govt. of Jharkhand  and
  M. K. Pathak - Treasurer JOA made a presentation for 2007 National Games at the General Assembly Meeting of IOA on 1st November, 2004.
• Mr. R. K. Anand - MP, President JOA nominated as Associate Vice-President of IOA at the General Assembly of IOA on 1st November, 2004. Mr. S. M. Hashmi - Secretary General, JOA nominated member of the Executive Council of IOA at the General Assembly meeting of IOA on 1st November, 2004.
• Jharkhand Athletics Association organised 1st National Youth Athletics Championship (under 18) its Maiden Athletics Championship at JRD TATA Sports Complex, Jamshedpur on 16th & 17th November, 2004.
• Jharkhand State Cricket Association headed by Mr. Amitabh Choudhary as President has been accorded affiliation by BCCI.
